All animals brought to Front Range Meat Co. are subject to inspection for signs of spoiling, cleanliness, and proper handling in the field. Front Range Meat Co. reserves the right to refuse intake of carcasses in poor condition. All prices include skinning, cutting, grinding(if package includes), and freezing. All carcasses will hang in a walk-in cooler for a recommended 5 days before being processed. If more or less hang time is desired arrangements can be made at drop-off.  A carcass weight will be taken after skinning and after the hanging period. Your total meat yield will be given to you on your receipt at pick up. A 50% deposit is required at drop off and the balance to be paid at pickup. You will have 48 hours to pickup meat after completion confirmation. Any orders not picked up within that 48 hour window are subject to $50 a day fee. Cash, Check, and Credit Card Accepted.

Basic Cut and Wrap - $425              

This bare bones package still gets all that meat in the freezer. Hind quarter roasts are kept whole along with back straps and tenderloins. The rest will be trimmed and prepared for grinding so you can grind the meat yourself.

Basic Cut and Grind - $450

Roasts, back straps, and loins are kept whole just like in the Basic Cut and Wrap package but all the trim will be ground and packaged at your specified weight.

Grinder Special - $400

Some people just love that burger. All the meat will be ground and wrapped in packages at your specified weight.

Gourmet Package - $500

If you've never tried elk tomahawk steaks or bone in porter houses, you are missing out. This package includes the more "specialty" cuts. One side of the back strap will be cut into tomahawks while the other will be cut in to bone in porter house steaks. Porter House Steaks are cut from the rump section of the back strap. The other part of that back strap will be made into a frenched standing rib roast. 2 Shanks cross cut for elk Osso Bucco. 2 Standing Neck Roasts. 1 Cave Man Steak (bone in cross cut hind quarter). Hind quarter roasts perfect for the crock pot. 4 Blade Roasts from the front shoulders. The trim will be ground for burger.

First Elk Package - 25% Discount

There is no better feeling than harvesting your first animal and we aim to make it even more special. Enjoy a 25% discount from the cut package of your choice and a European mount. You will also receive a First Elk T-shirt and sticker from our store that will be available at pick up of your meat. 

Sportsman's Package - $600

The Sportsman's Package offers the Basic Cut and Grind package with a European mount.

Travel Plans Package - Additional $250

You had a successful hunt and now it's time to hit the road but don't have time to wait around for your harvest to be processed? That's ok! Jump the line and get your harvest packaged and partially frozen within 12 hours. Only available with Basic Cut and Wrap, Basic Cut and Grind, and Grinder Special packages and subject to availability.

Hunters Against Hunger Donation

Here at Front Range Meat Co. we are proud to be a part of Hunters Against Hunger, a non profit dedicated to providing affordable protein to families in need. Love hunting, just don't love the taste of wild game? Don't let that meat go to waste! Help those in need by donating all or part of your harvest. Price will be determined on how much meat you are going to keep and how much you are willing to donate. Subject to availability at local food bank.

Learn to DIY Package - Additional $150

Processing your harvest can be intimidating but we believe it is an important part of the experience. Bring your harvest in and after the hanging process come on into the shop and get your hands dirty. We will teach how to do this process yourself at home and show you that it is not as intimidating as it seems. Watch, listen, or let us walk you through how to process your harvest.

Skull Mounts

European Mounts - $225

Have something to remember your hunt by with a clean, professional skull mount. We trim and boil your skulls to clean them up for you to display them proudly in your home! Show off your new conversation piece!

Pedestal Mounts - Custom Pricing

European mounts look great on the wall but what if they were sitting on a custom made pedestal? Choose from our available sketches and have input into the size and color so that it matches what you want in your home.
